André Papmehl, grew up in Italy, studied European Business Administration at the ESB Business School in London and Reutlingen (languages: German, English, Italian). He has many years of international experience as a human resources and project manager, focussing on organisational development, HRM and customer orientation. Before founding his own consultancy company, he was head of personnel for Amazon in Germany.
He was previously employed as a manager in high-profile companies such as Daimler and Robert Bosch and was also Director Corporate Personnel in charge of global HRM for a corporation (around 6,500 employees) with headquarters in Switzerland. International experience in implementing sustainable change management and innovation together with management, social partners and employees. Intercultural experience in the fields of training, presentation, adult education (e.g. SNP programme for new HR managers at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland) and in-depth experience as a management expert and executive coach.
Numerous publications on innovative management topics that have become parts of the HR reading list since the 1990s. Papmehl Management Consulting’s core area of expertise includes HRM, OD and Interim Management.
Memberships: German Association for Human Resources Management (DGFP) and lecturer HRM at the FOM (University for Economy & Management), Germany.
